Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Vulnytics platform (the website, plugin, API and tools at vulnytics.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, entered into with Türkol Yazılım Bilgisayar Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (Tax ID 8800579984, Şarköy / Tekirdağ, Turkey).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing the plugin, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Provider

Vulnytics is operated by Türkol Yazılım Bilgisayar Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, with registered address at İSTİKLAL MAH. GANOS SK. NO: 5 B, 59800 Şarköy / Tekirdağ, Turkey, contactable at support@vulnytics.com.

3. Account Registration

Some features require an account or a license key. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and license key secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Free and Paid Services

The free tier provides vulnerability scanning, a security score, hardening checks, login security and core integrity checks for a single site. Paid plans (Pro, Agency) unlock virtual patching, one-click fixes, malware quarantine, scheduled scans, alerts, multi-site fleet management and white-label reports. Feature availability is described on our pricing page and may evolve.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Vulnytics to: violate any law; scan or attack sites you do not own or have permission to test; circumvent security or licensing controls; resell or redistribute the service or its vulnerability data without authorization; or interfere with the operation of the service. Vulnytics is a defensive security tool and must not be used to facilitate attacks.

6. Intellectual Property

The Vulnytics software, brand, website and vulnerability database (as compiled and curated by us) are the property of Türkol and its licensors. The free plugin is licensed under its stated open-source license; your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Pro features for the term of your subscription.

7. Payment and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Payments are processed securely; we never store your full card details. Subscriptions renew automatically each term unless cancelled. Applicable taxes are handled by Paddle. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice for future terms.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access until then. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including a 14-day money-back guarantee.

9. Limitation of Liability

Vulnytics is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. While we work to detect known vulnerabilities and block known exploits, no security tool can guarantee a site is free of vulnerabilities or cannot be compromised. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for unlawful use. Upon termination, your right to use the paid features ends; data may be deleted after 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tekirdağ, Turkey.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
