Refund Policy

Vulnytics is a product of Türkol Yazılım Bilgisayar Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi. Subscriptions are sold through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which handles billing and refunds on our behalf.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with a Vulnytics paid plan, email support@vulnytics.com within 14 days of your purchase and we'll initiate a full refund — no questions required.

2. After the 14-day window

After your first 14 days, refund requests are evaluated case by case. If the service didn't work as described, we'll make it right.

3. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel anytime from your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. No partial-period refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

4. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record) within 5–10 business days, returned to your original payment method. You'll receive confirmation from Paddle by email.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@vulnytics.com from your account email, including your Paddle transaction or order ID for the fastest service.
